Shipping Policy (USA)

US addresses: For an additional charge KoubaLinks offers same day shipping Monday - Friday if orders are placed before 3pm Mountain Time.

Free shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail Express and UPS 2nd Day options are available for an additional charge. For lost items inside the USA, KoubaLink will contact the carrier and file a claim. Once KoubaLink is reimbursed, a refund/replacement will be sent to the customer.

Shipping Policy (Canada / Australia)

KoubaLink is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items after they cross the US border. If there is an issue with a shipment after the item reaches customs, it is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to contact the carrier. KoubaLink WILL NOT BE LIABLE for items lost AFTER crossing the US border. It is also the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to pay all customs/brokerage charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are out of our control.

For CANADIAN and AUSTRALIAN customers, UPS WORLDWIDE SAVER is the recommended option. We also offer USPS Priority Express International, but it is not recommended due to a history of lost/delayed packages. The cost is calculated at checkout, and varies by location. Typical transit time to Canada is 1-2 business days using UPS, but may take several weeks using USPS if complications occur.

*NOTE: SHIPMENTS TO CANADA are charged “customs brokerage fees” by UPS that can be up to 50% of the item cost. This ensures your KoubaLink clears customs and is delivered in a timely manner. The UPS fees are out of our control, and it is the CUSTOMER’S responsibility to pay these fees. USPS Priority Mail International and Express International WILL NOT have the brokerage fee, but may take 3-6 weeks.

Shipping Policy (All Other Countries)

KoubaLink is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items after they cross the US border. If there is an issue with a shipment after the item reaches customs, it is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to contact the carrier. KoubaLink WILL NOT BE LIABLE for items lost AFTER crossing the US border. It is also the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to pay all customs/brokerage charges. For all other international shipments (not to USA or Canada), UPS WORLDWIDE SAVER is the only option available. Most shipments are delivered in 4 days or less. UPS does not impose brokerage fees on shipments to countries except for Canada, but the customer will be responsible for the customs/import fees.

Returns Policy

KoubaLink permits the return and refund (less the outbound shipping cost) of BRAND NEW, NEVER INSTALLED, UNDAMAGED products. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from each refund.

For items returned with blemishes/cosmetic issues, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund since the product can no longer be sold as new. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us Page.
